● adj. ►PERIPH Se dit de certains écrans dotés d'une interface qui permet de sélectionner des choses dessus en appuyant avec le(s) doigt(s). L'espérance de vie de l'écran tactile est souvent très courte, car il existe toujours un abruti pour donner un coup de poing dessus et écraser les capteurs, quand il n'est pas tout simplement rendu illisible par des empreintes digitales et des taches de gras. Il existe des écrans tactiles blindés qui résistent un peu mieux à tous ces mauvais traitements.
