● /as-ki-Z/ sg. ►NORM American Standard Code for Information Interchange Zero. Désigne une chaîne en ASCII standard, mais terminée par un Zéro, qui indique en fait la fin de la chaîne et non pas un caractère de la chaîne. L'autre manière de coder une chaîne étant de la faire précéder par un nombre indiquant sa longueur, c'est pourquoi dans de nombreux langages, on ne peut pas avoir de chaînes de plus de 32767 caractères (si la longueur est codée sur un entier signé). Syn. "Chaîne AZT".
