● np. ►MAIL Nom d'une BAL standard (définie par je ne sais plus quelle RFC), que tout serveur de courrier devrait reconnaître. Elle doit être préférentiellement utilisée pour se plaindre des éventuels abus perpétrés par les utilisateurs du serveur (comme le spam), par exemple. Par extension, le "service abuse" est le service qui s'occupe de ces plaintes, chez le propriétaire du serveur.
