● adj. ● 1. ►DISQUE Une disquette (ou tout autre support analogue) est protégée en écriture quand on ne peut pas écrire dessus. Voir aussi protection. ● 2. ►MEM Un mode de gestion de la mémoire est dit protégé quand la mémoire est partagée entre plusieurs programmes simultanément, sans que l'un d'eux puisse écrabouiller les données des autres en allant écrire dans une zone qui ne lui a pas été attribuée.
