En fait, selon le Jargon File, cela remonte encore plus loin dans le passé. Un bug - Source: clip-arts ayant le malheur de traîner sur mon disque dur. On dit théoriquement une "bogue" en français officiel (mais comme tout le monde s'est habitué au masculin, on dit souvent en pratique "un bogue").
